BULPHARMA has built a private healthcare network in Bulgaria, bringing together six hospitals and seven outpatient medical centers across the country. The network continues to expand through long-term investments in healthcare infrastructure, technology, and specialized medical services. Its largest hospital, University Hospital Sofiamed, provides more than 620 hospital beds, reflecting the scale and operational complexity of the group’s healthcare environment.

As the organization continued to grow, maintaining consistent visibility and coordinated security operations across multiple locations became increasingly challenging.
