Who we are

This website is operated by DIAMATIX (ДИАМАТИКС ООД), UIC/EIK 201274853, VAT BG201274853, registered address City Centre 57, 9650 Kavarna, Bulgaria ("DIAMATIX", "we"). DIAMATIX is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

Enquiry and contact forms: name, business email, company, job title, phone, country, your message, the page you submitted from and campaign (UTM) parameters.

Free Dark Web Email Check: the email address you enter, used only to perform the check you request.

Customer testimonials and team profiles: names, positions, companies, countries and photos published with the permission of the people concerned.

Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.

Why we use it and legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare proposals — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To manage business relationships, assess partnership fit and keep the website secure — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To run the Free Dark Web Email Check and, where you opt in, analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.

Who we share it with

Our website hosting and database providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Have I Been Pwned (operated in Australia), which receives the email address you submit to the Free Dark Web Email Check in order to return breach results.

Microsoft, when we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our CRM and Microsoft sign-in for our staff.

Google (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept analytics cookies; IP addresses are anonymized. We also use privacy-friendly visitor statistics from our hosting provider that set no cookies. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months from your last contact with us and then deleted or anonymized, unless it becomes part of a contract or we must keep it longer by law.

Email addresses submitted to the Free Dark Web Email Check are saved as an enquiry so our team can share the result and follow up, and are kept for the same 12 months.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorized DIAMATIX staff, and our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@diamatix.com; we reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
