DIAMATIX at Tech Community Day Balkans 2026: Partnership, Expert Exchange and Two Awards

Tech Community Day Balkans 2026 brought together partners and professionals from across the region
DIAMATIX attended Tech Community Day Balkans 2026, organized by Acronis in Sofia. As an Acronis Platinum Service Provider, the event was a natural part of our ongoing partnership and an opportunity to connect with the Acronis team and partners from across the region.
The event brought together partners, service providers and technology professionals from across the region, creating an opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange and discussions around managed services, cybersecurity, data protection and long-term customer service delivery.
The agenda covered topics ranging from governance, compliance and cyber resilience to AI and automation, Microsoft Security, data protection, MDR (Managed Detection and Response), EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), XDR (Extended Detection and Response), industry-focused solutions and the future development of the Acronis platform.
Slav Umlenov, Svetlin Yordanov, Ivan Dimitrov, Marina Smolyanaya, together with other Acronis experts and representatives, shared their perspectives and practical experience throughout the day.
Another important theme was the role of the partner community itself. As Slav Umlenov emphasized, a technology community is not built by one company alone. We are all part of it and shape it together, which makes collaboration, knowledge sharing and mutual support between partners an important part of its development.
For DIAMATIX, the day was an opportunity to meet members of the Acronis team and partners from different markets across the region, exchange perspectives and strengthen relationships within the wider partner ecosystem.
Two awards for DIAMATIX
During Tech Community Day Balkans 2026, DIAMATIX received two awards:
- Managed Cybersecurity Champion
- Innovation Project of the Year for the Bulpharma Project by DIAMATIX
The awards were accepted on behalf of the entire DIAMATIX team.
For us, this recognition reflects the work behind the development of managed services, continuous operational support and real customer projects delivered together with technology partners.
The Bulpharma project is one example of this model. It combines technology, managed services and long-term operational work focused on improving the security and resilience of the customer environment.
