From Kavarna to the World
“Maybe I’m one of the few people who remember the pandemic with positivity.
That’s when we decided to build something meaningful — and we did it in Kavarna.”
The pandemic sparked a turning point. What began as a local SOC MVP project became the foundation of Shield SIEM and 24/7 EU-based SOC as a Service, run by a team of talented professionals who chose to come home.
“Life is simpler in a small town — but the impact can be global,” Sezen says.
Building Before Scaling
Rather than chasing revenue, DIAMATIX invested years in people, processes, and technology.
“Sales wasn’t the main driver.
The driver was to lift the company to a point where we’re ready to scale.”
In 2024, the company opened a Saudi Arabia office, expanding into a rapidly growing cybersecurity market shaped by strict regulation and real enforcement.
Today, DIAMATIX works with organizations across Europe, the Middle East, USA, Europe and Australia — proof that business excellence can start anywhere.
Looking Ahead: AI SOC Analyst
The next chapter brings innovation powered by AI.
DIAMATIX is developing an AI SOC Analyst, an intelligent system to enhance analysts’ work and streamline detection and response.
Alongside it, the company joins a European D-NAVIO consortium, advancing research into autonomous ships “self-healing” systems.

For Sezen Anefi, success is not a destination but the ability to keep going — to leap over obstacles with focus and integrity.
